Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are eligible to receive a credit towards a future QP Hockey Event. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an event or no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit. Refund and credit status will be discussed if an absence/cancellation is related to an emergency or medical excuse.
